GROWer
Challenge:GROWer Consulting was built around a simple belief: a good product alone does not create predictable GROWth. As GROWer began working with founders and leadership teams—particularly in the SaaS and IT services space—a recurring pattern emerged. Companies had capable products, successful customers, referrals and, in some cases, experienced sales teams. Yet GROWth remained inconsistent. The challenge was not always the product. The challenge was GTM Strategy. Founders were struggling to answer four fundamental questions: What exactly should we sell? Who should we sell it to? Where do we find these customers? And once we find them, how do we start and move conversations toward a deal? Without clear answers, GROWth depended heavily on founder networks, referrals, random outreach, marketing activity without a clear GTM motion, and sales conversations that changed from one person to another. There was effort. But there wasn't always a repeatable GTM motion.
Intervention:GROWer decided to solve the problem by testing its own commercial system in the market—not by creating another strategy document, but by building a measurable GTM motion from target selection through conversation, qualification and deal progression.
Transformation
Tele Digital Services Pvt Ltd.
Challenge:Being the only authorized partner should have been a competitive advantage. Instead, it became a frustrating experience. Although Tele Digital had launched WhatsApp Business API business nearly a year earlier, customer adoption remained painfully slow. The reason seemed obvious. Price. Compared to neighboring markets, the cost per WhatsApp conversation in Nepal was significantly higher. Every sales conversation eventually reached the same destination. "It's too expensive." Over an entire year, only 7 customers had been onboarded with least consumption and Usage. The result? A premium solution was being perceived as an expensive product.
Intervention:For the first time, the challenge was no longer: "How do we get customers?" It became: "How do we handle the GROWing demand?" The business had moved from a famine cycle to a feast cycle.
Transformation
Stacknize
Challenge:Stacknize, led by CEO Manoj Kashyap, had the capability to deliver. The challenge was that its client base was limited and GROWth was not supported by a clearly defined, repeatable customer acquisition system. The issue was bigger than simply generating more leads. Stacknize needed clarity on who to target, which prospects represented the best opportunities, why those prospects would engage, what challenges were driving their buying decisions, how to create stronger outreach messaging, and how to move an initial response toward a qualified business opportunity. Stacknize therefore needed a structured Go-to-Market motion—not just more activity.
Intervention:GROWer helped Stacknize move from limited and less structured client acquisition toward a clearer B2B GTM system built around target-customer clarity, customer understanding, intent-led messaging, structured outreach and measurable qualification. The resulting motion created measurable progression from targeted LinkedIn outreach to response, MQL and SQL.
