Company
Stacknize is a platform engineering company based in Mohali, Punjab, founded in 2017 by engineers with over two decades of combined industry experience.
Stacknize builds production-grade software platforms for clients across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and beyond—platforms designed to handle real users, real scale and business-critical operations.
The Turning Point
Before joining the Accelerated GROWth Program, Stacknize did not have complete clarity on how to structure its GTM. GROWth had largely come through referrals, making it difficult to apply a systematic approach to targeting, traffic, customer needs and messaging.
During the programme, the team gained clarity on important GTM concepts such as traffic, Need Behind the Need (NBN), targeting and messaging. They began to understand how these elements could come together to create a more structured customer acquisition approach.
The next challenge was turning this understanding into actual market execution.
Stacknize therefore chose GROWer's GROWth Execution Services to execute the GTM Motion, moving from learning and clarity to prospecting, outreach, qualification and funnel measurement.
The GROWth Strategy
GROWer structured the Stacknize GTM approach around four connected decisions:
- Who to target — build a focused understanding of the right customer and decision-maker.
- Why they would care — identify their real needs including the pressure, fear, frustration, aspiration or business reality behind the stated requirement.
- What to communicate — using GROWer's GROWth Charger to create attention and intent of the identified prospect.
- How to progress the conversation — move prospects through a structured journey from Intent creation to consistent conversion across the funnel. .
The Strategy
1. Target the Right Prospects
The focus shifted from treating B2B prospecting as a numbers game to identifying prospects for whom Stacknize's capabilities were commercially relevant.
2. Understand the Customer Reality
The Need Behind the Need framework was used to look beyond a surface-level technology requirement and understand the deeper business driver influencing the buying decision.
3. Build Intent-Led Messaging
The Messaging Engine was used as an attention and intent creation mechanism. Messaging moved away from simply saying "here is what we do" toward creating relevance around the customer's business reality.
4. Execute Through LinkedIn & EMail
LinkedIn & Email became a controlled outbound channel for testing the GTM motion, starting conversations with targeted prospects and measuring the quality of engagement.
5. Qualify, Don't Just Count Responses
Responses were not treated as the end goal. The process was designed to identify which conversations could progress through the funnel
6. Move From Strategy to Execution
After the Accelerated GROWth Program, Stacknize moved forward with GROWer's GROWth Partnership Program, translating the GTM strategy into actual prospect identification, outreach, conversation and consistent conversion.
Business Outcome
The GTM motion produced measurable movement across the funnel:
- 24% LinkedIn Response Rate
- 59% Response-to-MQL Conversion
- 44% MQL-to-SQL Conversion
The significance was not simply the response rate. Stacknize established a measurable path from targeted prospecting to meaningful engagement and qualified sales opportunities.
